A cake is a reflection of your style and essence for an important day, whatever the occasion! Your personal style and creativity should be displayed when choosing and designing your cake. I will work with you and help you design a cake for you to personalize it to your taste. I have many flavors to offer as well as fillings. I offer butter cream icing and fondant. I specialize in hand made gum paste (sugar dough) flowers. These flowers resemble fine porcelain, are lifelike and are edible. Many brides put them away as a keep-sake of their wedding. I can create a cake top from them and/or use them as accents on a wedding cake. I also work with silk and real flowers. Your cake can be accented with formal or casual drapes and many other creative decorations. I have been decorating wedding and all-occasion cakes since 1975.

She did my older daughters wedding and made a special request flavor that was wonderful!! Now she is doing our youngest daughters wedding, and we can't wait!! FANTASTIC!!
