I was very hesitant at first to go see Doug because he is a male therapist, and I had never been to a male therapist before. I was completly amazed at how professional and respectful he was. He made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning, explaining everything that he would be doing. His professional personality made me feel very at ease, and helped me to relax. I can't believe I had never been to a male therapist before, it was the best experience I had ever had. He gave great pressure and helped me with problems no other thrapist was able to help me with. Doug was excellent at addressing injuries through massage, and was also very knowledgeable on exercizes in aiding me to completly heal those injuries. I would highly recommend Doug Thola, Destination Massage & Spa, for all sport injurie massage as well as relaxation or steam massage.
