The food is quite good. Only downside was on our last visit, just stopping in for appetizers--a small sashimi order (4 pieces total) and bowl of cucumber soup took 30 minutes to get to the table.

The martini and sake list is fabulous! We've had great luck with the food and the staff whenever we go. It's a great place to celebrate a birthday with a round of sake bombs on the house!

Great sushi with more selection and different rolls. Unfortunately the wait staff could use alot of help. I always have to wait a long time for everything even when it's practically empty. I will endure for the food, though.

cdog, the key of shabu eating is so that you can taste the freshest cooked food at the fastest time with every bite, that's why you cook it as you eat it. Preparing those food takes time too. One needs to know how to prepare those sause and ingredients. If you want the best freshest food and still not cook by yourself, I suppose you can hire someone to stand there and cook as you wish. For the price you pay there, that is what you get.

Thursdays are $3 martini nights! Awesome sushi, try the signature Las Vegas Roll with sliced lotus crisps. Mmmm, definitely A-List.
