Golden Trainer Performance studio is exactly what I need! I've tried EVERY gym in town and even trained. Bryan is very educated and DOES NOT push supplements in anyway! He has the best products and lowest prices avaliable. I would recommend this gym to anybody who is ready for a body transformation.
I worked with Bryan for 12 weeks to get ready for the running season in 2007. He is very knowledgeable and does not push the supplements. He asks if you would like recommendations or not, I personally said yes and was recommended a Multi-Vitamin and Calcium (since I don't drink milk). I ran my best times in 3 years last season and am planning on hitting it back up with Bryan in the next few weeks to get ready for 2008!
I just recently found this place by accident. I drove by and looked up on the internet last week, then stopped in on a whim. What a relief to find someone in Cedar Rapids that knows what they are talking about!

Being from California, Iowa should realize how lucky they are to have this guy around! I am reading through these comments and seeing not only does he make a difference where you are, but he also makes a difference around the country. A friend of mine at the gym was telling me about this small outfit he emails for advice and gets his supplements from because of the quick response he gets from 1 person. I had been ordering from a company with several locations, several sales-reps and several shipping departments around the country. The first time I called, it was a Sunday around 9PM where you are at and thinking because it was also 7PM here, I was surely going to get a voicemail. NOPE! I got a person on the other line. He spent 30 minutes on the phone answer workout and supplement questions. Now there is nobody else I would rather go to for my advice and really wish there was a GoldenTrainer here in California! Bryan is the most educated and knowledgeable trainer in Cedar Rapids. He attends continuing eduation workshops around the country to bring his clients the freshest ideas in working out. He also has the lowest priced supplements in the area. Definitely recommend visiting Bryan for a one-on-one consultation.
