I am surprised Hall got voted #1. They don't seem to appreciate their customers and don't seem very friendly. I own 3 Treks, but purchased my last bike at Northtowne because they want and appreciate my buisness.

Hall Bicycle was great to work with. Staff was knowledgeable and treated us great (even when we told them we were not buying that day) I will continue to support this bicycle shop with all my further biking purchases.

I'll never buy a bike in Cedar Rapids again. I went to Hall, expecting to pay more for good service. I paid more and am still waiting for quality service. I was treated like a stranger everytime I went in. I had money to spend, but because of my age or other something, I was always overlooked and ignored. Hall does not hold a candle to any bike shop in Iowa City.

My husband and I both bought bikes here last year. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions and let us try out several bikes before we purchased one. We are very happy with our bikes and have been so impressed with the service.

The small bike shop has been around for a long
time and knows each customer. Service is
excellent and anything you need is in this store!
