Review Guidelines

Reviews are an opportunity for users to provide honest feedback and helpful details about the services or products of a business listed on this site. Positive and negative feedback is encouraged, provided it helps people make better decisions and answers the question – "What would you have wanted to know before you visited this location?" Don't be too short and don’t ramble on. The best reviews are between 75-300 words.

Reviews which violate the following guidelines may be removed at any time without notice. These include:

• Reviews of an experience you heard about, but did not happen to you
• Personal attacks
• References to criminal activity or violations
• Employment issues
• Comments that reference a competitor or other listing on this site
• The same review posted repeatedly
• Reviews written in all capital letters, containing profanity, or threats

CityVoter reserves the right not to post reviews, at our sole discretion. If posted, your review and your username will appear on this website.

Photo Guidelines

When you post photos to CityVoter's website (the "Site") you are acknowledging and agreeing to this photo policy (the "Policy"). By posting a photo to any part of the Site, you automatically grant, to the Company, perpetual, non-exclusive, and worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly display, reformat and distribute such photo for any purpose on or in connection with the Site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such photo. You may remove your photo from the Site at any time. If you choose to remove your photo, the license granted above will automatically expire.

1. Consumers are encouraged to leave a photo related to their review when they submit a review. The purpose of these photos is to showcase what is great about the services or products you are reviewing.
2. Any photo containing nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image (unless you own the copyright) or any other illegal or otherwise objectionable content is not permitted. Photos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner and should not be posted to the Site.
3. You agree not to use the Service in violation of this Policy or for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous (untrue and damaging to others), invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, or obscene, or that infringes the personal or proprietary rights of others. For security and privacy reasons, any photo that contains personally identifiable contact information such as name, phone number, email address or web site URL is not permitted. Uploading images of other people without their permission is also prohibited.
4. Submitted photos can be in GIF, Tiff, PNG, or JPG format.

Although we are not obligated to do so, CityVoter reviews all photos and will remove (without notice) any photo that it deems to be in appropriate at anytime at its sole discretion. Users of CityVoter are encouraged to notify us at contact@cityvoter.com if you believe you've seen a photo that does not conform to this Policy.
