Kathy's creations are truly one of a kind. She has done birthday cakes for both of my sons when they were of the age to have special cakes....to the tune of 10 yrs worth! But-- I'd sure hate for anyone to miss out, so I have to add that Kathy makes a MEAN cheesecake and Christmas sugar cookies too pretty to eat- but once you taste them you know they're too good not to.
