I like taking different classes and liearning new things. I like the tai chi classses and the swimming. My family and I have been going to the mac for a long time. They are always changing things around to keep you on you're toes. Nice people. Nice instructors, Nice location, espiecally like the pool.

Very clean and up to date equipment, professional staff and wonderful members. The 24 hour clubs are convenient and very nice. They are also a locally owned business that does business with other locally owned businesses.

Staff are always friendly and very helpful. The classes are lots of fun with instructors who go out of their way to make sure you know correctly what to do for the beginers and throughout. They offer a variety of classes from kickboxing (my favorite), to step, water aerobics cycling, muscle works, they even have classes for the older generation, and more. Excellent personal trainers, they help you find "your work out" for safe and effective results Affordable memeberships. Great childcare service. The treadmills have tv's on them (individually), pleanty of cardio and muscle toning equiptment. Simply... GREAT SERVICE...GREAT GYM!

I prefer the MAC on the Southwest side, but the 24-hour clubs are convenient for our busy family.
