Every time I walk into Northtowne, I'm greated with friendly, helpful customer service. They were great about fitting me for my new triathlon bike and making sure everything was exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service and products that I have received from Northtowne Fitness.

They specialize in bicycles and fitness equipment but there real specialty is customer service. It's an experience you can only get at Northtowne! Second to none!

Last year I bought my parents bicycles for their retirement. Northtowne was helpful in deciding which models were the right choice for the kind of riding my parents planned on doing and they helped fit them properly with helmets and gear. My parents bought my first bike here and it was fun going back to purchase bicycles for them.
