Petland IC, is great! Employees are exceptional.
Helpful, clean, friendly, and large collection of pet supplies. Really impressed with employees knowledge of everything from pets to supplies.

It's joyful experience to visit/shop at Petland Iowa City. The pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable staff assist you without any pressure. The clean and organized store is bright and cheerful, and incredibly packed with pet-related items. There are lots of ways to hands-on interact with puppies, exotic birds, and other "critters". It's a very happy, personal way to take care of pet needs. Go--you'll have fun and be smiling all day!

This is the best pet store I have ever seen. Not only is the staff friendly, but everything is clean and organized. You know when you walk in your in good hands with their pet counselor great knowledge of their pets and products.

The store is clean with a great selection of affordable supplies. The pet counselors are knowledgable and helpful. The animals are well cared for.

Wow, this store has everything! From gourmet bakery cookies to fun and functional clothing, carriers, cages, boots, HAWKEYE gear for pets, medications, treats GALORE, the very best food brands, and TONS of fun, useful toys. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. On top of all that, their prices are GREAT and it's really easy to special order just about anything. Why would anyone go to a giant retailer when you can go to PETLAND?!

Petland offers a wide variety of animals and its awesome. how you can interact with the animals and adopt them. the people are great ready to help at any moment. petland is agreat place to be. i love animals and i've never seen more animals in a pet shop before.

As a former employee who has seen the ins and outs of the establishment, I was very pleased with the care behind the scenes of which many customers may be unaware. I, myself, have purchased two amazing dogs - one of which has been the best (healthwise and personality) I have ever had. I fully support this establishment and adore their manager, Shay! I couldn't imagine getting another family member anywhere else!
