Lifting with Phil is a great experience. The competive but enjoyable atmosphere along with Phil's unique training methods push his athletes to their max. Phils training is one of a kind...just look at the results of the athletes he works with. I only got to work with him for a short time before i went off to college but the info i got on nutrition and training has made me a better athlete and person.
