Pita's is a great place to eat in the downtown Cedar Rapids area. The customer service is extremely friendly and the food menu is quite welcoming. My favorite is the tenderloin. It's basically a tasty Frisbee on bun. YUM!
I love this place. Very convenient location, GREAT food, friendly staff, and my friends and I always have a great time when we dine at Pita's!
My personal favorite menu item is the Shish Tawook (sp?).
But be warned, eating it is a commitment; it is best if you just resign yourself to keeping the sandwich in one hand and never putting it down. Putting the sandwich down would run the risk of letting some of it's ample contents escape the tasty pita.
I highly recomend Pita's for lunch, dinner or a great snack.
They even have a sandwich that Paula Dean would enjoy: frenchfries wrapped in a pita! :)
I am a habitual customer of PITA'Z.... And so are all of my co-workers!! I would say that we order our lunch from them at least 1-3 times per week, and it's convenient because they deliver!!! Not only do they have the best meditteranean food in town, but they have a wide variety of sandwiches and appetizers to satisfy anyone! Plus, The gyros and #1Spicy are to DIE FOR!
I have been to all the mediterranean restaurants around here and by far this is the best one there is no competion the food here is excellent so is the service and is very clean.
This is a must try the food here is great has a different flavor than anything i have ever tried in Cedar Rapids. Everything there is made in front of you.
The food is on a deferent level you cannot compare it with restaurants it should be compared with the best of the best home made food. Very clean, outstanding amount of food, one meal will really full you up.
