took my kids there for ice cream, and they loved it my son got a shake and said it is better then mc donalds shakes. the staff was real friendly and polite to my kids. we will be back for sure and i made sure to vote for you!!!!!!

I love Sertinos becuase everytime I go there I am greeted with a smile. I love to go to places that the staff makes me feel like I matter, there aren't many places in CR like that any more. I usely walk out feeling like a number. At sertinos, They make me fell like the most important cutomer.

WOW!! I happen to work in the mall and for one I am glad to see a great alternative to the food court. prices seem good for what you get especially in the mall. a lot of us eat there almost every time we work. keep up the great work.
