I'll never buy a bike in Cedar Rapids again. I went to Hall, expecting to pay more for good service. I paid more and am still waiting for quality service. I was treated like a stranger everytime I went in. I had money to spend, but because of my age or other something, I was always overlooked and ignored. Hall does not hold a candle to any bike shop in Iowa City.
