I called for a wedding consult appt and the gal who answered was rude and said Jules absolutely take NO appointments on Saturdays or evenings. She said she'd have Jules call me back and no one called back. I went to Yummy's instead. It's very disappointing when I referred my best friend to Jules and she had her wedding cake done there to be treated in such a manner. I no longer refer friends to Jules. I tell them it's worth the money to travel out of town to Yummy's! When you think you're too good to speak to customers, there is an issue there. We are your bread and butter.
