This has always been one of mine and my friend's favorite places and we go back every time we are all in Iowa City. The wraps are awesome and our favorite is the BBQ Voodoo Shrimp appetizer. Oh, and the mojitos are amazing too!

Devotay - Local Food, Worldly Flair

I just ate at Devotay for the first time in March and it was excellent! I am a huge fan of tapas and they had a good selection of plates and I wanted to try them all. The person I was with ordered lamb chops and they were amazing. I am not one to order that type of entree but I am tempted to go back just to have it all to myself!
