I agree that the food here is good and the beer is competent, but this place is NOT a brewpub. The beer is actualy brewed off site and is brought the to the restuarants as wort, which is basically sugar water. The only part of the brewing process that is done in Cedar Rapids is the fermintation. The reason they do it this way to completely control how the beer tastes in all it's restuarants and I also hear is a tax dodge since they are not transporting alcohol. That being said I would vote this one of the better pubgrub places in the CR area, but not as a BREWpub.
