I walked in there about a month ago and I was ignored because the owner was talking to someone about a bridal expo, no not even a welcome. still not paying attention to a potential clint, see proceeds to start yelling at one of her employees right in front of me. she was harsh and rude.

This is the most amazing bridal shop I have ever been too. believe me, i know current bridal and this shop has it with the service to make you feel like a queen. The owner will stand by anything and will do anything to make your wedding a dream. The staff was so helpful and never turned me down for not having an appointment. I went to celebration bridal and davids bridal and never got this kind of service and attentivness.
