I had been to several shops in the Dubuque area and heard great things about this place. I went there with a friend and my mom, the service was horrible. My mom did more work such as hanging up the gowns I had tried on than the staff working! Their selection was awful. I had about 10 samples that I wanted to try on from the designers they carry and they didn't have any of them or offer to find one that looked similar. The staff was trying to rush my friend and I to the point that they pretty much kicked us out. I was planning on getting my dress there, but after that I went elsewhere.
