I've never been there - I have always purchased on-line, but that hasn't stopped the folks at Evers Toy Store from providing personalized service. I often buy gifts for my grandchildren from Evers and have the gifts shipped directly. A few years ago I had forgotten to update my daughters shipping address since the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Paula from Evers, realizing that the shipping address could not be accurate, held the order until she contacted me for my daughters new address. There would have been some very dis-appointed children, and an unhappy Grampa, is she hadn't noticed.
