The Center offers a full range of programs that include exhibits, classes/workshops, care and display of a significant permanent art collection, special events, a gift shop, cafe' and an active volunteer program. The Center boasts a significant permanent collection of Midwest Art, American Decorative Arts, and the largest public collection of Haitian Art in the United States. And NEW to the Center is the Phelps Youth Pavilion, opening in April 2008...a children's museum filled with creative, hands-on, interactive experiences ranging from simple drawing and painting projects to magical high-tech adventures.
